Caspar ten Dam has been engaged in multiple research projects resulting in (self-)published reports, confidential reports and academic publications ever since he received his MA Political Science degree at Leiden University in 1997 and worked for the Interdisciplinary Research Programme on Root Causes of Human Rights Violations (PIOOM) between 1998 and 2002. Since then, he has been a freelance consultant and independent scholar (LinkedIn) engaged in both self-initiated and employed research projects and publications.
